1. How does the QR tag actually work?

You fill in your contact details, your cat's name and any important information digitally. Whoever finds your cat scans the code with a phone camera, no app needed, and can get in touch with you straight away. You can update the details whenever you like without replacing the tag.

2. Does it need charging or a subscription?

No. The QR code needs no charging, no battery and no subscription, so it cannot run flat in the middle of the night the way a tracker can.

3. Is an AirTag included, and is this a GPS collar?

The silicone AirTag holder is included but the AirTag itself is not, so you buy it separately if you want to search yourself. The collar has no built-in GPS and does not show your cat's position in real time.

4. Which cats does it fit?

The strap adjusts from 19 to 32 cm, which covers kittens and adult cats. Measure around the neck and allow room for two fingers between the collar and the neck. Trim off any excess strap and seal the cut edge, and check the fit regularly on kittens that are still growing.

5. Is it safe for a cat that roams outdoors?

The safety buckle releases under a strong pull, so your cat can free itself if it snags on a branch or fence instead of being left hanging. Reflective stripes and a small bell also make your cat easier to see near the road and easier to hear in the garden.
