1. Which product do these sheets fit?

They are made for the claw file section of the Purrnivo Cat Puzzle with Claw File. They do not fit other cat puzzles, so check which puzzle you have before ordering.

2. What do I get in each sheet?

Each sheet is a complete set: one large centre pad and four edge strips with holes that together cover the whole claw file surface. Choose the 3-pack for occasional play or the 6-pack if your cat uses the puzzle daily.

3. When should I change the sheet?

Run a finger over the surface. If it feels smooth or dirty, or the claws are no longer being filed when your cat scratches, it is time to swap it. How often depends on how much your cat uses the puzzle.

4. How do I fit a new sheet?

Peel off the worn centre pad and edge strips, wipe the base clean so the adhesive grips, then press the new centre pad on first and the edge strips after. No tools are needed and it takes under a minute.

5. Is the cat puzzle included?

No. This is an accessory only. The wooden box, treats and toys are not included. Store spare sheets somewhere dry so the adhesive stays fresh.
